MANAGING OPTIONS FOR YOUR MOBILE BANKING THROUGH ONLINE BANKING
Once you are a mobile banking user, you are able to manage your devices through online banking.
You can do this immediately after activating your service(s) by clicking the ‘Go To Mobile Banking Main Menu’ button or later by clicking on the ‘Manage Devices’ button under the Services>FSB Mobile Banking Menu.
Below are the tabs and features that are available:
- My Phones – Please note that the Receive Alerts option is not activated at this time.
- You can change your phone number.
- You can change your mobile banking services. This means you can change/add what option(s) you have with regards to text, browser, app.
- You can stop using a phone for mobile banking.
- My Accounts – You can update the accounts that are available to you through mobile banking and change the nicknames assigned to them.
- My Profile – You can change your time zone.
