Download our Touch Banking App to view account details, pay bills, and transfer money. You can download our Touch Banking App to an iPhone, Blackberry or, Android. The App is called Touch Banking.

How to Sign Up
If you are not a current online banking customer, you will need to sign up for that first by simply going to our website – and under the online services tab select and complete the enrollment form. It can take 3-5 business days to receive your log in information for online banking.

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Access Services>FSB Mobile Banking from the menu on the left hand side of your online banking screen.
  3. Click on Enroll.
  4. Read the terms and Conditions for Mobile Banking.
  5. Once you are ready, click the box next to ‘I accept these Terms and Conditions’.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Select Downloadable Mobile App
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Choose your time zone.
  10. Choose the accounts you wish to view and apply nicknames to them.
  11. Click Continue.
  12. Enter your mobile phone number and note information on the screen.
  13. Click Continue.
  14. You will receive an Activation code via text to the number you activated. Enter the activation code and click Activate.
  15. You will receive a text message with a link to download the App and one to activate and launch the App. NOTE: The App is called Touch Banking. If you have a DROID phone – during the download process, it will be called Fiserv Touch Banking.
  16. You can print the information on your online banking screen if you wish, close out, or click on the Go To Mobile Banking Main Menu button to look at your mobile settings.

How it Works
Logging in to the Touch Banking App is very similar to logging in to online banking. Simply go to the App that you downloaded on your cell phone and log in!

When you select the App, you will be taken to a page to enter your password - you will not be prompted for your user ID as the mobile link will sync with your online banking through the phone number you entered when you signed up for mobile banking. You will see the same image as you do when you are logging in to online banking.

Once you are logged in you will see the following:

  • View Accounts – You can view all accounts that were selected when you originally set up your mobile browser banking.
  • Transfer Money – You can transfer money between your accounts at The Farmers State Bank. The accounts available will be the ones that were selected when you originally set up your mobile browser banking.
  • Payments – You can only pay bills for payees that are already set up through online banking. New payees must be set up through online banking. This is for security in the case of your phone being stolen.
  • Find ATMs and Branches – shows ATM and branch locations for our Bank.
  • Logout
